Coconut Chia Fresca

This one is perfect after a long workout or run. And the cool thing is that you won’t even have to put your chef hat on to make this potent potion.


1 cup coconut water
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
1 tablespoon Runivore Chia Seeds
1 Slice of lemon for garnish

Briefly whirl all ingredients together in a blender (or shake well in a closed container) and let sit for 15 minutes for Runivore Chia Seeds to expand.
